(Korean Skirt Steak)
2 cups soy sauce
¼ cup apple juice (or mirin which I couldn’t find at the store)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger (which to me means the stuff in the bottle)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 pounds skirt steak

Marinate and refridgerate about 2 hours.
Remove and let sit at room temp for about an hour
Pat the meat, tell him he is a good boy, rub his belly etc.
season with salt and pepper.
Grill …let rest for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy!!
