1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick,skined
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:

1   Spray the rack of broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2   Preheat broiler.
3   In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, mustard and ginger.
4   Lightly season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper.
5   Place on broiler rack and brush glaze on top.
6   Broil, 6 to 8 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is lightly browned and opaque.
7   Serve with a salad of baby spinach.

Nice!!!  I am excited about this one.

**  But If you want even easier — without broiling —  just poach Salmon in a skillet with white wine.. its fabulous.

All by itself Salmon is fabulous.
