4 eggs
1 1/2 cup. half and half or whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg ( optional)
1/4 cup ham or crispy bacon (chopped)
2 cups fresh spinach
1 1/2 Cups shredded cheese * swiss is traditional

1. bake 9 inch pie crust in oven for 12 min. @ 350
while it is baking mix additional ingredients

2 whisk milk eggs, seasonings until just mixed

3. chop ham or bacon and spinach

4. place meat in the bottom of pie crust

5. add spinach and cheese

6. pour milk and egg mixture over ingredients in the pie shell

*** Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. check for doneness. bake additional 5 minutes if needed.
